点评:Disclaimer: Due to a translation in booking.com I accidentally booked a tour starting from a location I could not possibly get to. The pickup point was only shown after I booked and once I realised this, I cancelled within one minute after booking. Neither the translation, nor my error in booking the wrong tour are the company's fault.
The reason I am writing this, is that their customer service is just awful. As I said, I cancelled immediately and wrote them an email apologizing and asking to refund the money. I would have happily paid a charge for the work I caused them, but all I got was one liners saying "refunds are not possible". They did not even open a conversation around what could be done to find a solution and overall do not seem to care for customers.
Their tours may be fine, but seeing that there are so many operators, I would recommend using one that does not just plainly refuse to show some empathy towards customers that genuinely made a mistake in their booking
