Terrible customer service. Stay clear of this company.

点评：Do not use this company!
Got told on the beach that we were going to be the 10th people on the tour. 1 hour drive & we would be there.
Day of tour...
Got picked up 20 mins late.
Then went to their office to sort out snorkelling gear (which we didn't need, as we had taken our own) & pick up more guests.
Bus air conditioning was not working....imaging than in the Bali heat!
1 of the guest that was picked up was vaping on the bus.
We then stopped again to collect more guests...That made 13 guest on the bus (which seated 12), still no air conditioning & a guest vaping!
We told the driver this was not acceptable. He didn't know what to do about these issues, so we made the decision to leave, as we were not going to be sitting on a bus in these conditions for over an hour.
Contacted the business owner. He made it difficult, but we eventually met with him.
He was totally defensive & not interested in helping sort out the issue.
Absolutely stay clear of this company!!!
