点评：Experience sharing: Rinjani Info Trip - SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COST
Hi all, just wanted to share my recent experience with Rinjani Info Trip, climbing Mount Rinjani, and strongly advise to avoid them.
I booked the tour beginning of June for beginning of September. I asked for the 2D1N, Sembalun to Senaru tour. After few messages on WhatsApp, I paid the tour and it was confirmed.
I confirmed the trip details several times after that as the guy wasn’t very clear on messages. See screenshots below.
2 weeks before the trip, I confirmed again by text and got confirmation.
I didn’t hear anything (no pick up location, time etc…) getting closer to the day, so I asked again 2 days before and I couldn’t get an answer as the guy would avoid answering (cf screenshots again).
He then called me at midnight the day of the tour (so 7h before the supposed start time), to say that they have made a mistake, booked the wrong day, and I need to pay again 225 USD or they won’t do it. I argued with the guy on the phone for 30min at midnight, but he basically said it’s that or nothing.
As it was too late to find another tour, I said yes (not much of a choice…). He told me he would pick me up at 8:30 (instead of 7).
The guy didn’t show up before 9, didn’t say hi, was pretty rude. Then started telling me that we would come back to Sembalun at the end, so not do the tour I actually booked (and described on their website).
Anyway, they clearly waited until I couldn’t back off to ask for more money, lied about the tour to be done, and were pretty rude on the day.
Talking to some other people during the hike, they all paid less than 225 USD/person as well, so I would strongly advised against using Rinjani Info Trip.

因为太晚了，找不到其他旅行团，我答应了（别无选择……）。他告诉我他会在 8:30（而不是 7 点）来接我。
那家伙 9 点之前没有出现，没有打招呼，非常粗鲁。然后开始告诉我，我们最后会回到 Sembalun，所以不要参加我实际预订的旅行（并在他们的网站上描述过）。
无论如何，他们显然等到我无法退缩时才要求更多的钱，谎称旅行已经结束了，而且当天非常粗鲁。
在徒步旅行期间与其他人交谈，他们支付的费用也都低于 225 美元/人，因此我强烈建议不要使用 Rinjani Info Trip。
