Poorly trained staff = preventable injuries
Summers Farm的点评
点评：If you have small children (under 5 years old) I would strongly recommend NOT taking them to Summers Farm. They do not prioritize the safety of the children. My son was hurt last year and he got hurt this year as well.
They have two areas where children can bounce on air cushions with one area marked off for little children under 48" tall. They also had two teenage staff there to I would think enforce that pretty straightforward rule so that large kids don't mix with small kids. However, they either were not trained properly, or Summers Farm were negligent in selecting staff too afraid or too lazy to enforce this simple rule. You would think a business at the very least would prioritize safety to reduce their liability if nothing else. But no, even after I carried my crying son over and asked them why 120+ lb 5ft tall kids were allowed to play with 30 lb toddlers they were like "uhhh I don't know I guess uhh". Teenage staff too afraid to enforce simple rules should be retrained or giving other roles more suited for their meek temperament.
That was only the nail in the coffin. They also had zero staff by the slides while I was there and zero staff by the corn silos. Teens where hurling handfuls of of corn at little kids.
This was supposed to a fun outing and I shouldn't have to police other kids' behavior when this organization can afford to hire/train more staff so that PREVENTABLE injuries do not occur.
