点评：I'm honestly not sure how someone like Cuitláhuac is employed there. From the very beginning, he was extremely rude—not only to the family he was giving an introduction to, but also to our group. His behavior escalated to the point where he insulted us, and we were left with no choice but to leave. His attitude was so aggressive and inappropriate that one of my friends was brought to tears.
I fully support the mission to protect and preserve the Cenote, but there is absolutely no excuse for the way he communicates with visitors. His behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. He sets a terrible example for the rest of the staff, and frankly, someone with that kind of attitude should not be in any customer-facing role.
Cuitláhuac was rude, unprovoked, and made the entire experience upsetting and uncomfortable. He should not be working there—his presence alone is damaging to what could otherwise be a positive and respectful environment.
