Unmissable murals, but beware of political acts.

点评：This place is the seat if the goverment of the state of Jalisco, so in most days is buzzing with activity, but if you are an art buff you should visit, it has 2 important 20th century murals paintings, one, in the steps leading to the upper floor, represents Miguel Hidalgo and a litany of characters reflecting in the pervaiding ideology at the time (pretty left wing, but that shouldn't dter anybody from visiting).
The mural is a tour de force and very imposing.
Unfortunately we couldn't see the other mural because there was a political act taking place and access was limited.
We caught a couple of temporary exhibitions that were interesting so it is worth checking what is going on and not rush out of the bulding after seeing the murals.
If you are in town centre or passing by it is definitely worth stopping here.
