Very very disappointing!!
The Spa at Ellenborough Park的点评
点评：Super disappointing! Really sad to have to leave a bad review but I’ve never been more disappointed at the facilities of a spa before. The indoor area is TINY!! I actually thought the lady was joking when she ‘showed us around’. A tiny jacuzzi with a few loungers (which of course were all taken) in the hottest little space, no bigger than a living room in my opinion. The sauna and steam room were at the back and there are 2 open showers right by the side of the loungers. We didn’t have a treatment so I can’t comment there but from the other reviews they sound amazing.
Our hotel room was poolside which was lovely and meant we could walk out directly onto the pool area. At 28 degrees it was just warm enough to be in for 5/10 minutes. Thankfully not busy for us but again very little space to relax if there are a few people there.
We were staying the night which meant spa access was included in our package. I would absolutely ask for my money back if I’d come for a spa day only.
The grounds are stunning and so is the building itself, just so shocked that the spa area is so poor for a 5* hotel.
