点评:I was hoping to write a positive review, or not write a review at all, but here we are. Had a booking for 18th January that they cancelled due to an issue with the building. Our group weren’t able to reschedule so were offered a refund. I’m still waiting for that refund, 3 months and counting. They ignore my emails. Sometimes they reply, telling me they will chase the refund. They ignored my first PayPal dispute case.
Absolutely terrible customer service when there’s a problem, it is not hard to refund a PayPal transaction!
Based on other reviews, if you get to do the Vrbo experiences you’ve booked, it looks like they will be great and the staff at the venue will be great. Such a shame that they don’t have better processes for when something happens outside their control. Really disappointing.
