点评：Do not stay in this neighborhood if you value you peace. You will not be able to sleep well at night, especially if you are within a three block radius from the new TRYST Hotel. This hotel hosts rooftop pool parties every Sunday from 11am until 8pm and this weekend they are celebrating their Grand Opening that includes rooftop pool parties that staff has stated will begin at 11am and go until 2am like they did last night and then they will have their regular Sunday pool party tomorrow again. They have taken over this neighborhood in an extremely negative way. The owner is a billionaire and like most billionaires uses wealth and power to arrogantly inflict suffering on others. I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 30 years and have never seen such abuse of wealth and power here before. The authorities have been called numerous times by numerous residents since this hotel began it Sunday event, with no results because this hotel lowers their decibel level to license required levels when authorities check and then increases the decibel levels as soon as they leave. I have watched this pattern every single Sunday since they began these events. I measured 80 decibels at 12am last night from two blocks away!
Residents like myself will be selling and leaving the area. Other residents who have rentals have reported cancellations of next years reservations. Restaurant owners on the beach have complained of lost business because of the loud music coming from this hotel. Older lifelong residents are becoming ill with anxiety and suffering as well.
