The doom and gloom tour

点评：We booked a package 1 - Nadi Tour
Includes: temple tour, fruit markets, sleeping giant gardens and mud pools for $160pp.
We were picked up in a black 10 seater van with sticky plastic lined seats. The driver continuously over- revved the vehicle. A very annoying and uncomfortable experience.
The driver took us shopping to waste 30mins and get cash out as we were only then told we must pay in cash. At the time of booking we were told we could pay by card.
There was 2 other couples on our bus (6people total) doing 2 different tours so we were to wait in the van whilst they did village tour. Another couple were to wait in the van whilst we did the mud pools tour but we never made it there…..
The road approaching the sleeping giant gardens and mud pools was flooded. We were later informed other tours leaving at the same time were given the option to have there tour cancelled as it was known the road was flooded therefore the 2 main tourist attractions could not be reached.
We were offered a small refund but we argued for 50% refund at minimum since we only saw 2/4 of the tour list. We finally got 50% back and returned to our resort frustrated that we have lost 5 hours of our day.
Overall: poor communication, poor driving.

我们获得了小额退款，但我们主张至少退款 50%，因为我们只看到了 2/4 的旅游团。我们终于拿到了 50% 的退款，然后沮丧地回到了度假村，因为我们一天中浪费了 5 个小时的时间。
