Late, aggressive and trashy

点评：We booked a group ride on May 10th at 8:30. After arriving early to the meetup location we waited another 45 minutes for the guide to show up. He was stressed and extremely aggressive telling us “where else did we have to be we were on vacation” and made us feel as if he was going to get violent saying in all of his years and all of the five star reviews it was the first time he’s been late. He also told his boss we were the aggressors which couldn’t be father from the truth.
While being late happens the way it was handled by the guide and by the owner was absolutely reprehensible. We were made to be the “bad guys” for expecting a timely tour and a refund. (Our refund was denied) even though we never took the ride because we had two small children waiting at the hotel and after meeting the guide did not feel safe going anywhere with him. As a Puerto Rican it is devastating to see the level of absolute trash that has taken over this beautiful island. The warmth and welcome nature of true Puerto Rican hospitality is absolutely vacant in these American run businesses on vieques what a shame.
Don’t waste your time. Go to Esperanza riding club where the young lady who cares for the horses is a delight.
