Great Experience - terrible guide

点评：My husband and I visited the Hintertux Glacier on May 10th as part of our annual vacation. We had booked the 12:30 extended tour of the ice cave with an English-speaking guide.
When collecting our tickets at the top of the mountain, I inquired whether I could walk the tour route wearing my trackers. Rather than simply responding, the guide replied, and I quote: "When I go to the Dead Sea, do I come with boots? You should have thought ahead of this."
I was surprised and disappointed by the condescending tone, which I have never encountered at a tourist site before.
Throughout the tour, my husband and I were repeatedly kept at the back of the group, which felt deliberate. As visitors from Israel, we were left with the impression that the guide's attitude toward us may have been influenced by prejudice. While we found the cave itself stunning and the boat ride a truly special experience, the guide's behavior significantly diminished our enjoyment.
I hope this feedback proves helpful for future training and visitor experience improvements.
