Oc Waterpark的点评
点评：we arrived at about 2.00pm presented the tickets i purchased on groupon. Each one of the nine tickets had seperate bar codes which i printed out on the computer. I took them to the window and they said on we dont take these why not it says on this voucher says clearly we can present this the time of admitance. So we fooled with the phone for half hour trying to pull up groupon. Couldnt figure it out. I asked to speak to the manager after attempting another 15 minutes, somehow or another he got onto it took him about another half our so here we are at the gate to the water park it is now 3pm finally got inside. What if I didnt have my phone or the battery died?
The bathrooms was gross the water at the bottom of the lazy river was slimy no compensation for the time we spent at the front gate to get inside I said that you to the manager a few times for figuring it out I got crickets from him I felt like he thought he was doing me a favor. I can say this I will never go there again Ill spend another hour to go to splash zone where they accepted my printed vouchers last year. I thought I would try something different for my grandkids this year.
