Terrible Experience - Stay away from this company at all costs!

I do not recommend reserving anything at this establishment!
I reserved for a large party, about 8 ATV's to ride around Mykonos. We were arriving via cruise ship to Mykonos. I reserved through their website a month before we were to arrive. I received an email asking for a photo of driver's license for everyone planning to drive. Received an email back from Mototrust a few days later about the type of ATV that was available to us to ride. I responded.
I sent a follow up email a week prior to our trip. No response. I sent three more emails and called the number. When I got in touch with someone at Mototrust, they informed me someone would call back. We set sail on the cruise, no response. 2 days before arrival, I call, I email, nothing.
The day before we arrive, I receive an email informing me that everything was completely booked. What's the point of reaching out a month before to reserve then?!?!? Unacceptable and terrible business model.
I booked with another ATV company and they were fantastic. No hassle, picked us up from the cruise terminal and drove us back.
