点评：Well after being invited inside by a young man, I presume to be the owner, I was rather excited to try this place and it's food. The ship itself is stunning with great decor and atmosphere. That is where it ends unfortunately. When we walked in it felt very uncomfortable, the staff neither greeted us or sat us at a table so we made our way to an empty table and waited.... And waited.... And waited. No menus on the tables so I assumed they would bring them over... Nope, In the end my partner had to get up and go to the bar himself. We had no idea that it was order at the bar, which considering the outrageous prices I thought was disgraceful. I ordered the fish and chips and specifically told them I wanted garden peas. My partner had scampi. My fish was dry and the chips barely cooked and lo and behold a lump of mushy peas sat staring at me. When I told the staff they looked blankly at me and said yeah you have peas. It took three attempts to tell them it's not garden peas and when he finally understood he was very reluctant to take my plate back and correct their mistake. Instead my partner had to remove them himself as the staff went to get my peas. 5 minutes later he returns to tell me they didn't have garden peas but did I want beans. No not really but I'll take what you got. The size of the portion was disgraceful for the price. They had even cut my fish in half down the middle and I had about ten poorly cooked chips. The scampi meal was the size of a kids meal. The staff never even came to ask if the meal was OK. The toilets are situated downstairs in what seems to be there store room. We both left not even finishing our drinks. For nearly £20 for a so called large portion of fish and chips and a coke I felt robbed and extremely disappointed. Its such a shame because the place situated where it is and the fact it's on a beautiful ship it could have been incredible but with lack of customer service and disgusting food I will not come back even if someone paid me.
