Paint A Pot的点评
点评：I would not recommend Paint a Pot to anybody.
Our initial visit was fine (although their prices are exorbitant!!), we bought clay and my two children made their items. These then needed to be fired, so they could be painted. We received a message that they were ready and my children and partner headed back to paint them. We were told we would be contacted when they were ready for pick up.
Well this never happened. They NEVER contacted us (they claim they did but it's very clear they never sent a message/my messages clearly show it was never sent) and then without even trying a second time, they threw my children's art away. My children are so upset as they were very proud of their work, and worked on it on two separate occasions. Owners deny any wrong doing, have been very rude even when presented with evidence that they aren't telling the truth. This will be going to Dept of Fair Trading. How do you tell kids these people just threw their hard work away?
