Great trails, poor bike hire service
Dalby Forest Cycle Hub的点评
点评：I had booked a hire of 5 MTBs online. Unimpressed to be asked to fill out all the same information on a paper form when we arrived at the shop. Ever heard of a printer?
Next to collect the bikes, these weren't prepared in advance so we hung around while the lads wandered around looking for bikes. Unhelpful bored looking staff explained nothing (not everyone has used a dropper seatpost before), one bike's bars were not aligned with the wheel, my daughter was given a 20" bike far too small for her until I questioned it, no offer to adjust seat heights until we insisted. It took 40mins to get out cycling. Overall a poor experience at the cycle hub. Shame because the forest and MTB trails are great fun.
