Four Seasons Shopping Centre的点评
点评：Visited today - drove for 1hr 20 mins to buy some cakes from Cooplands as we don’t have one where we live and I wanted to surprise my son for his birthday as he loves Cooplands. Imagine my annoyance to find it closed down…and this coming after an ordeal in the car park.
Firstly, you can only pay cash!! In this day and age that is crazy!! By the time I’d read the sign I was at the barrier with someone behind me so was trapped (I had no cash). Tried to get a ticket but the machine was showing an error. Pressed the help button to be greeted by an old man barking at me. Couldn’t understand anything he said so had no choice but to drive in…then he found me and gave me a ticket. I mentioned that I have no cash and he said ‘well you’ll have to get out then won’t you’. Oh cheers. Anyway, I’d come this far and not knowing the area I didn’t know where else to park so I thought I’d just get some cash out so I could pay on exit. Anyway, wasn’t there long as I quickly realised there was no Cooplands which was the whole point of me going. Literally all I did was walk around to look for a cash point. By this point I could have cried. Walked back up to the car park, put my ticket in the machine at 1b to pay for it to again come up with an error. Pressed the help button and explained and the same old man told me to come down to see him in his office. I asked where this was and he said ‘down the ramp’. Oh, the ramp intended for vehicles, not people?? Awesome. Managed to somehow walk down there without getting mown down, found the old man in the office and my god…to say it stunk of fags would be an understatement!! Absolutely rank!!! Do they not know smoking in public has been banned for many years now. I think it sums up this grotty car park which is stuck in the past along with its terrible staff. Seriously, get with the times. Thankfully I will never ever need to come again
