Prompt service; well thought out benefits for travellers

点评：My wife and I reached out to Wayfinders via WhatsApp at short notice to enquire about last-minute bookings to Antarctica at the end of the summer season in March. Winnie got back to us promptly and effectively, sharing clear information about what cruises/cabins were available and even checking with operators to get updated prices.
After we decided to go ahead with one of the cruise operators (Antarpply), the entire process of booking our cruise via Winnie was also straightforward and fuss-free.
The additional benefits that Wayfinders provide for their clients were also much appreciated. In particular, the rental waterproof parka (which came with an inner puffer jacket), pants and gloves were of excellent quality, and together with the complimentary beanie and neck gaiter, we did not need any other piece of specialised clothing on top of what we were already travelling with (e.g. some thermals, wool socks). We could also get a complimentary hair cut at the salon next door too, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we felt that these benefits were well-thought out, especially for long-term travellers who may not have the opportunity to buy specialised clothing for Antarctica.
