Not a great chocolate experience - regarding service there is room for improvement

点评：As being a family of chocolate lovers, our expectations were high for this Pod Chocolate/Junglegold Factory - unfortunately it was disappointing. Maybe we were very unlucky and came at the wrong time - when there was a large group of people in the store. There was one staff/person there “welcomed” us and very quickly informed us about the chocolate (max 1 minute!) and gained us in the direction of the que to the café. We bought cakes and some iced and hot chocolate - which was rich and tested great! BTW there were no food options - only sweets.
Furthermore, the site was under construction and there wasn’t a lot to see and no-one seemed interested in telling us about the place. Coming from a cold country in Northern part of Europa we have hoped to see cacao trees and cacao fruits/beans - but when we asked the personnel we were just told that their plantation is located far from here and that there was nothing to see here. On our way out we tasted a couple of the different chocolates - which was self-serviced, free and tasted nice.
But taking into accord the horrible traffic at Bali my recommendations would be that the place is only worth a visit if you anyways are driving by - I wouldn’t specifically drive to visit this place - which we did.
