点评：Costa Adventures and Pierre were wonderful. If you are looking for the adventure of a lifetime, with unparalleled service, creative and varied activities and an agency that takes care of you from beginning to the end, this is the company to use. Our trip was to Panama. We stayed in three hotels because we were traveling around. Each hotel was beautiful, perfectly located and staffed with people who cared about making our stay perfect. All of the drivers and guides they hired for us were on time, knowlegeable and professional. The adventures, including white water rafting, hiking, a coffee plantation, Monkey Island and so much more were all so exciting. One of the really special activities we did was dinner at Hacienda Mamecillo. When you work with Costa Adventures, be sure to ask for this adventure. You go to dinner at a beautiful Hacienda. The food is all grown on their farm and the owners are the nicest people. It was an experience we will never forget. It's easy to say that an agency was great when everything goes perfectly. When there is a problem, that is when you really know if an agency is everything they should be. One hotel, with no notice, stopped accepting guests and even though they had been paid for our stay, would not accommodate us. Within 20 minutes of the discovery of this problem, Pierre had us booked at an absolutely spectacular hotel and had a driver come pick us up. We never felt alone when this "glitch" happened. We knew Pierre had our back and as we thought, he came through with shining colors. That's the true test of a high level agency. I would absolutely recommend Costa Adventures for anyone traveling to Panama, Costa Rica or Nicaragua.
