Very scary experience

点评：Extremely Scary!!! Do not rent from this company!!! My daughter and I rented a golf cart for 2 hours during our stop at Costa Maya cruise port. We have rented there at least 3 other times with no problems. This time was a different story. We requested our cart, paid $60 for 2 hours, got our cart and were on our way. We were going to eat lunch at Chunky Monkey. First, I think they gave us the slowest, dirtiest and oldest cart. We left the port, went through the streets out to the main street/highway (the one that goes to the lighthouse). When we got to the road to go toward the beach resorts, we were flagged down by a guy on a motorcycle calling out my name! We waived at him and politely said we are not interested. We kept going on our way only to have him drive his motorcycle in front of our cart causing us to stop. He kept referring to me by my name which was very scary. He wanted us to go to some beach resort. We told him no multiple times. He was not going to move. We could not go anywhere. Finally after 5-10 minutes, he left. We continued on our way only to be harassed 2 other times by people along the road who called me by my name wanting us to go to the beach. Clearly the cart rental company radioed my name to these people so that they could try and make more money off of us! We made it to our lunch destination and were very shaken. Nobody bothered us on our way back. Upon our returning the cart, we explained to the cart attendant what happened and at first, he acted like he knew nothing about it, then had us write in English, what happened. I don't really know who did what, but I will not rent from this company again! Please, if you are a female-only party, do not rent from this company!!! **See the photo for the rental company info.
