点评：Whilst the tour was expensive (standard in Costa Rica), my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Whilst the tour was booked through Erick via WhatsApp (+506 8725 8081) my tour guide for the day ended up being Sagri. We had booked the Sirena tour which involved the following:
- Meet at 5:30 AM at the port in Puerto Jiménez
- 1.5 hr boat trip to the coastal entry point to the national park (whilst looking for whales & dolphins)
- 3 hrs of walking around the park (note: no food is allowed in the park and bags are checked on entry)
- 1 hr lunch stop (traditional rice and beans type dish)
- 1 hr boat trip back to the port in Puerto Jiménez (we got back at 2-2:30 PM)
This whole trip was very well organised and it was our favourite national park during our time in Costa Rica. Sagri was a great guide and helped us spot a variety of animals (sloths, monkeys and much more) as well as giving us information of the park and the animals.
For us, we had an added bonus on the boat ride out 🐋 - whilst looking at two dolphins right by the boat we had a surprising but welcomed visit from a humpback who surfaced right by the dolphins we had been watching. This whale then subsequently followed these dolphins for the next 5 minutes along the shoreline whilst we watched. After talking to the other two boats which had gone out at the same time as us we realised that we were the only ones to see a whale, however, it sounds like a relatively frequent occurrance so keep an eye out if you do book this trip.
