Keswick Golf Club的点评
点评：I don’t usually write reviews, but as locals and two of us golf club members and as we brought a group of six friends to show off our local golf club, we felt it was important to share our experience. We have been hoping to see this place turn around for some time and we are so happy to see it finally being run by someone who truly cares about its success. There’s such a huge improvement, its fantastic, and we had the most amazing lunch.
The interior is really lovely—comfortable, welcoming, and well-decorated, with an amazing view that just adds to the experience. We all had sandwiches with chips, and both were delicious—the chips were crispy and fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly done, just like it should be. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. The staff were all amazing, super friendly and clearly happy to be working there. However, a shout out to our waitress, Rachel, she was so friendly, sweet, and professional—probably her first job, but she was handling it like a pro. She made such a positive impression on us that we actually took the time to find out her name just so we could mention her here.
I notice a previous and negative comments towards the young waiting on staff and feel it is important to remember that early career experiences can be challenging, and constructive feedback is crucial for growth. Negative reviews can be discouraging and may impact a young individual's confidence and development so perhaps think twice before posting negatively about a young person starting out in the work place!
A nice little touch—bar staff even gave our dog a treat, which made our visit even more special. I
