点评:Very difficult to review. A very unique place. Conversion of an old fort was masterful. Really two hotels, with one modern no balcony. Older section has beautiful spacious rooms, with views of the harbor. Arrived late and front desk clerk arranged for some food.PEOPLE GET LOST. Lots of levels and half levels, with room numbers in the new section not corresponding to the elevator numbers. Upside down in the old section, Front desk is on 5th floor so you go down to level 2.. I got lost, but after I mastered the layout,I helped 3 other people who got lost.. now for the food, breakfast buffet average. Their top dining room had outstanding food. Lunch Harbourside was above average . Now for the service. HORRIBLE in all three. First to go should be whoever is SUPPOSED to be in charge of dining.Next train the ENTIRE wait staff. 1hr and 20 minutes to get a spring roll and 3 tacos with the tacos incorrect. Breakfast was SUPPOSED to be open until 10. I got there 9:50 and they were braking down the setup. For example, no bread, juice or sausage,remaining food cold. In the dining room our waitress was the supervisor, who was flying around multitasking. I told her, she was not able to do both jobs. She agreed..
