点评：Wonderful experience. Myself and my friend had never been to an experience like this before but wanted to give it a go. Id brought her a gift card from the website which is a really great idea although if you buy a gift card in store they’re presented a lot nicer. We pre booked a table which we were shown to when we arrived.
All the items you could paint were located on a couple of walls/displays around the room along with the colours they had to offer. It’s important when choosing colours to refer back to the colour chart that they have on the table as they look different once fired compared to in the bottle. Before we attended we looked online such as Pinterest to get some ideas of what we wanted to paint. I recommend doing this so you have some idea of design before going in to save time.
Prices of what you could paint varied from £3-£30. I did feel a lot of it was fairly priced but some pieces such as £17 for a simple plate I wouldn’t pay as they had much more interesting shapes for better prices but it depends what you’re looking for.
They do offer workshops for different things and they have themed nights such as an abba night where you listen to music and they provide stencils so you can create an abba design.
The staff were really nice and friendly. We had a cold drink from the cafe section which was fine. The food did look nice and again not too badly priced.
We parked at the train station just down the street and walked which was fine and didn’t cost too much but we did notice there is on street parking around the corner to the shop where you get 3 hours free which is plenty of time if you book the standard 1hour 45 min session.
They said it would take 10 days roughly for our pieces to be ready for collection. Ours took a bit longer and I still need to arrange a collection date with them to pick it up but it seems like an easy process.
All in all a great experience and we will definitely be going again in the future.
