Boring and underwhelming

点评：Visited fort-de-france with no set plans but decided to visit here as it had good reviews. We got here by bus after embarking the cruise ship and the bus station was about 17 mins by foot. Wr proceeded to wait over an hour for a bus only for lots of other tourists to rock up right before the bus arrived and essentially pushed in.
I was perplexed when a small mini bus turned up. We barely got on it, given we were there first and it was like every man for themselves. Not sure why there is q mini bus going past tourist attractions. Anyway. The ride was 2 euros each.
We got to the gardens and was very underwhelmed. We did a walk around and left about an hour later.
We did see some gardeners around and I thought one waved to me so I waved back, then he started leering with his colleagues and started to grab his crotch. Disgusting.
We were waiting for the same bus route for the return but it didn't turn up as scheduled.
We ended up on another bus which was the single decker buses. I gave him 5 euros and he refused to give me 1 euro change...then we noticed he left everyone else on for free. Not sure if it's a local ride free situation here.
I'd not recommend this place.
