Management has been promising this for over 20 years now. The management sometimes give very good lease deals as no corporate office wants to locate a store in this mall. At times the lease rent offered to lure a new store are so low that the store can their rent with just a couple of sales made in a few hours. We are talking rent of a hundred or less per month. Imagine having to practically beg corporate offices to lease a store there that you have been promoting will be coming to the suck mall of Monroe. Face the music mall management's promise of new and exciting stores hasn't happened in 20 years how likely is to happen now. Any store worth a darn has already leased at this mall, got smart, and left already.
