点评：After the morning's rain, I wanted to get out and burn off some energy. I was planning to just run the prom but decided I should run up the hill before I started and I stumbled upon the ecology walk route.
I ran the route down as far as the bit where it takes you on to the main road as I'd been told it wasn't as good after there. It was probably about 6km there and back.
There's currently one bit where the coastal path is closed and you have to go down a residential street to get to the port but otherwise the route is all along dirt paths on the edge above the sea.
Be warned that there are lots of steps and if done after rain expect there to be large puddles across the path. Although I had great fun jumping over these.
Look out for all the cats around the port area. 😸
