点评：I tried calling this vineyard every day for a week looking for a donation to a non-profit. No one ever answered. I sent an email. No response. I finally spoke with someone who answered the phone and asked to speak to the person Id need to. I was told an email was necessary. After asking if the owner would be there the following day so I could visit in person and speak to them, I heard the woman ask another women who said they were not doing donations. The difficulty contacting a person at this vineyard, combined with the rude call I will give this business a 1. I visited this vineyard once before and it was very small but cute. I did NOT believe then the lack of customer service I just did was the same. Clearly they have decided since theyre no longer new they can treat people like they're beneath them. Its sad. No one has to donate, but being professional doesn't cost anything.
