Nevis Range Mountain Experience的点评
点评：We have just enjoyed the epitome of Highlands Hospitality. We went as a family of 5 adults, my wife and I, our daughter and her partner, and our son. We arrived on Friday 28th February, the purpose being to celebrate my 70th birthday on the 1st March. As a group, we went on the Gondola and enjoyed walking both of the trails to the viewpoints. Views from the viewpoints are stunning and made more so because Ben Nevis was still shrouded in snow. We also enjoyed a welcome hot drink at the Snow Goose café. We all stayed over at the Base Camp Hotel at the bottom of the Nevis Range. Family members returned home on Sunday, but my wife and I stayed for a further week. Using the hotel as our base, we were conveniently located to visit Oban, Fort Augustus, Glenfinnan Nd Mallaig. The rooms were basic, but we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only criticism would be the lack of a couple of chairs in which to relax rather than having to sit on the bed, but this does not diminish my 5 star rating. Breakfast was served in The Pine Marten Café and the choice was excellent. We can thoroughly recommend the Full Nevis, The Nevis, the Granola, and the Pancakes. Yes, all were tried and tested over the week and all were delicious, as were the evening meals. As for the staff, everyone was so welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The rooms and corridors were kept spotless by the housekeeping staff, the staff members on reception were extremely welcoming and friendly as were all of the staff in the Pine Marten Café. A massive thanks goes to all members of staff at the Nevis Range for making our stay so unforgettable. There's really nothing to compare with the Highlanders' Hospitality.
