Great Zoo, Horrible customer service

点评：Let me start off by saying the zoo itself is an amazing place. We ended up renting a party room for my son's birthday but we have problems with the room first thing the lights would not go to full brightness and then as the party continued we ask multiple time for them to bring in garbage bags and they never supplied it we had the garbage overflowing all over at the end of the party I had to go get garbage bags out of my own car. My other problem with the zoo is we try to schedule the education of the apartment to interact with the animals there and it seems like nobody worked there for two weeks try to get a hold of the apartment with no response. Finally 2 days before the party they finally responded back to us telling us it was not able to book. The customer service there is extremely rude and bad. When I called because I thought that I was overcharged the ladies on the other line were laughing about it and not being very customer friendly very bad customer service there to that point I don't know if I would ever do a party there but I would return to see the animals. It is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone working at that Zoo when you're trying to plan a good day for your kids.
