点评:My colleague and myself had the opportunity to stay in a guest house in Fulidhoo after finishing our 3 days business work in Male. On the 15th of May 2024 at 10.20 am we got into Dream Speed 2 boat from Male and sat right at the back. After a few minutes the driver came to us asked us in a rude way to move to the front seat to maintain the balance in the boat since it was not full. After few minutes we saw some people getting to the boat and asked the helper in the boat whether we can go to our back seats he said OK. Once we sat in the back the driver came scolding towards us and asked us to immediately move to the front seat again. He was pretty rude. Then he got some of his local friends sit in the back seat. This is very unfair and poor customer service!
Moreover, when we got down from the boat in Fulidhoo jetty that I noticed that my luggage was poorly handled and it had scratched all over. We left Fulidhoo to Male on the 16th May at 1.30pm and unfortunately we got the same boat which is Dream Speed 2 and same driver and helper. Again when we got down in Male that I noticed a wheel of my luggage was partly damaged and it had more scratch marks. Hope someone from the authority will see this post and take some action against the 15th and 16th May Driver and Helper of Dream Speed 2 (Male - Fulidhoo). Hope that no one else will go through this bad experience....
