点评：This was our second time bringing our 10 year old granddaughter. She loves the slides and wave pool. Arrived around 1:30 pm to check in. When 4 pm came & went without notification that our room was ready, returned to front desk to inquire. To compensate for waiting, we were given complimentary buffet breakfast coupons for both mornings. About 30 minutes later, our room was ready. Complaints: the $15 daily parking fee is not communicated at time of booking. Nor is the daily $40 resort fee. Be sure to keep your wristband until after you leave the parking lot! One must scan it to get out without paying. No one warned us. As for the water park itself, there should be 2 lifeguards at the wave pool. One is insufficient to keep adequate watch over the large crowd. Same is true for the lazy river. A lifeguard should be posted at both ends. For our first visit 1.5 years ago, we bought the Wolf Badge. Did not this time because we felt it was a waste of money. Food is overpriced and wait times are usually long. Order on the app well in advance, especially at prime times.
