点评：Just Wow! Having been a fan of the TV program The Great British Menu and discovering the talent of double banquet course winner Chef Jean we had to try this dining experience and boy oh boy it didn't disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations.
From start to finish the whole dining experience was perfection, The fusion of South African cuisine combined with foraging in the local Sussex gardens served by an extensive team of South African front of house staff and quite often served in person by the whole chefs brigade including Chef Jean was exquisite from start to finish with a good selection of local and international wines and cocktails too.
We also stayed overnight in Leonardslee House which also didn't disappoint, lovely sumptuous rooms all individually decorated and a bathroom to die for and all surrounded in fabulous gardens and lakes.
All we need now is an excuse to go again and sample the menu in a different season as it is seasonal and always changing.
