点评：We decided to book OsaBus for the transfers of our choirs to and from the hotels during the Riga Sings 2025 choir competition, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the fantastic service we received. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The communication with Zane was absolutely outstanding. I was able to reach her easily via WhatsApp, which made everything so much easier. She was always quick to respond, friendly, and kept me updated at every step.
One example that really stood out was when one of our choir members accidentally left something on the bus. I contacted Zane, and she immediately took charge, providing updates and confirming that the driver would personally deliver the item to the hotel. Even in the evening, Zane followed up and let me know that the item had been successfully delivered. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. This level of care and attention truly made a difference and was deeply appreciated.
I can’t recommend this company enough. If you want a transport service that genuinely cares about making your experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible, look no further. A huge thank you to Zane and the whole team for taking such great care of us and making everything so enjoyable!
