Escape Masters MANUKAU的点评
点评：What started off as a great experience turned out to be a disappointment.
My team and I visited the Manukau escape room for a team bonding exercise, excited and eager to prove that we could solve the puzzle within the allotted time. However, halfway through, we got stumped and couldn’t figure out the next clue. After about 30 or 40 minutes of trying, a staff member came in to check on us and discovered that they hadn’t placed the clue we needed in the room.
Additionally, when we tried to enter a correct PIN on a padlock to retrieve a clue, the padlock wouldn’t open. The staff member had to come back in and pick the lock to help us.
They allowed us to continue after time was up since they didn’t have any customers scheduled after us. However, we believe we could have completed it within the time limit, but we wouldn’t know for sure because we weren’t given the opportunity to finish the puzzle with all the clues.
Upon leaving, we tried to focus on the positives. As we walked out, we briefly glanced into another room without entering, and we were reprimanded for doing so.
This ultimately ended our team bonding experience on a low note. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, as there was no care given prior to our time in the room. It felt like a waste of money and time.
