点评：Interesting 'A' shape 15 storey building with an observation deck on level 13. The tourist information area is on the GF where we entered, plenty of literature displayed but no attendants, so we took some literature in English. Plenty of variety amid the stallholders in this area and purchased a few mementoes, my wife falling in love with a preloved table runner that was superb quality but later necessitated the purchase of an additional case to accommodate. Not much activities on F2 so took the lift to F10 hoping to enjoy a snack before venturing to the observation deck. Unfortunately, the overpowering smell of fish from the kitchen area deterred us and we decided to head elsewhere. The building is described as a "multi-use structure introducing Aomori's local food and handicraft products and the prefecture's many tourist attractions" it doesn't live up to this description.
