Les Arcs的点评
点评：Our first time here based in the town of Bourg St Maurice. Very handy funicular and good local and free ski shuttle buses till around 6.30 at night. The area is very extensive and a fan of the 3 Valleys I was very impressed by all of the skiing especially above and around 1800 and 2000. Our son’s girlfriend struggled to find beginners slopes at 1600 where the funicular comes up as they seem reserved for ESF. But there are buses to 1800 and 2000 as well. There is great on slope connectivity between all the Les Arcs areas. We found the piste signs very clear and helpful. We were here for 3 weeks and had loads of varied skiing. Some challenging black runs and good reds and blues. Less impressed with the links to La Plagne. The cable car from Les Arcs, the Vannoise Express is reached via Vallandry and comes in at the far end of La Plagne quite low and you have to really work the lift system to get into the main areas. You have to watch your times in order to get back. A bubble up from the Vannoise Express to central La Plagne would be a big improvement
