点评:It was my first time at this place and I wanted to have coffee and assess the possibilities of taking a tour soon. However, when one person pointed out that ^we were blocking the entry point for tours^ at the very packed cafeteria restaurant. ^We^ were a party of three CostaRicans, including my elderly aunt in a wheel chair, I told the person at reception this was outrageous. We may have been blocking a key area for tours, but I expected more grace and politeness to a senior citizen. There was no offer to give us a different location, nor an apology. I am not complaining about being a Costa Rican not treated well in my own country... I am complaining about Alsacia not showing the same politeness other places we visited on this holiday e.g. Xandari, Fredo Fresas did show to us and to my aunt. I hope someone from this company will read my review and remind their staff that above nationalities and profit there should be service, and above service is common sense and kindness.
