点评：We want to thank our guide Chaturanga who made the experience of visiting this turtle hatchery an educated one, feeling like privileged witnesses as he was able to walk us through the big groups that were there at the same time and still make us feel like we had a private visit and real experience learning about the turtles in rehabilitation and the eggs being hatched.
Chaturanga is passionate about his work of conservation and education about the turtles. Reading other reviews before posting this one, it surely reminded the truth that the place feels a bit "fake" with the decorations outside of it, and kind of bad environment with the concrete small tanks, but the enthusiasm of our guide who comes from a family of sea turtle protectors and lovers made us ignore this and really focus on the good work that seems do be done in this center for the turtles.
We also experiences the baby turtles release, had 6 turtles to release between me and my husband, and waiting until late sunset a bit away from the groups once again to release them on the beach, watching them get to the water safely despite the nearby eagles looking to catch them. It felt like a real experience and a help in financing turtles conservation.
