点评：This place is completely free and extremely hassle-free. Just walk up and sign up for a tour (happens every 30 minutes). When I went on a sunny Summer day there was only one family on the tour with me, so I assume it’s pretty easy to get slots.
The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the house, and they clearly knew their stuff well. The house itself wasn’t too noteworthy, but it does give you a good feel of how people used to live. My highlights include the library with Greek busts along the walls and the surprisingly large garden space outside the house they let you roam without a tour guide.
Look, it’s free and you can do it last minute. I think everyone who lives within walking distance should try to check this out at some point.
