Inadequate parking provision!!
High Street Broadway的点评
点评：Lovely village to walk around with nice shops and beautiful buildings.
Enjoyed afternoon tea in Tisanes tea shop.
The visit to Broadway was spoilt by the parking situation which was chaotic to say the least and I was issued with a parking penalty notice although I had paid to park and was not blocking the traffic flow in the long stay car park. I drove around for over half an hour trying to park. There are too many places marked for motorbikes, this area was completely empty and there was only one coach in the coach parking area.
There is inadequate parking provision on the two long stay car parks (one of which has been reduced in size) and the short stay car park, with long queues and nowhere to turn round. Wychaven Council does not appear to be interested in managing the parking situation, only patrolling the car parks to issue fines.
So disappointing and stressful, I had travelled 50 miles to visit, having not visited for a few years.
