We made a one-time move — a $100 Platinum membership — and it flipped the whole experience. No more counting dollars just to connect. Now we show up, slow down, and play like we belong.
But here’s what you won’t see in the brochure: when the fries came out not-quite-right, they didn’t just fix it — they felt it. The leader in the kitchen stepped out, not with apology, but with intention. She looked him in the eye and made sure his plate brought him peace. That’s different.
