The course was one with a teacher, which is great for beginners, as the speed of the course can be adjusted to your own progress. The course was very well structured, with smaller topic areas and exercises that you completed and practiced. This meant that the challenge was never too great, and there were always feelings of success when you could do an exercise well, several times in a row without making any mistakes. The exercises visibly built up, which meant that you got better overall, which you could see but, more importantly, feel. The guide also took some good pictures and videos, which is always nice for your Instagram status 😁. I think I'll continue with my course the next time I visit a beach.
