点评：I called Jared the evening before my cousin's hen's tour to seek help. After explaining myself and apologising for the call, he became irritated, stating that he had been receiving many calls for problems with tours. The conversation turned sour quickly after Jared stated he had been drinking and was heading out for the evening. When I tried to explain the help I needed (simply to be picked up by the bus along the way, no detours) his temper increased and he repeated he had been drinking, was heading out. Jared was using profanity towards me and was becoming very intimidating. I stated I needed to end the call. He then proceeded to text threats to me ('I will destroy you') and call me names. Jared contacted my person who booked our tour and verbally blasted her. He cancelled me from the tour. I then had to contact my cousin to tell her that I, her maid of honour, could not come to her hen's tour. Terrible management. Horrible and sad experience. Definitely would not recommend. Refund was given after my requests.
