点评:Very disappointed with our experience today. We were a party of 15 kids aged 7 down to 4. Our designated party host was welcoming on arrival and took our meal preferences for later that day. We had chosen the soft play- 9D cinema & laser tag option. After approx 30 mins in the soft play area, kids were advised to put on their shoes and line up for the 9D cinema experience. This was the first time for many of my child’s friends to experience 9D and the giddiness was palpable as they lined up. Unfortunately, we were advised that the 9D cinema was out of order and kids were advised to return to soft play area. This was hugely disappointing as the party child & some of their friends had attended Planet for another party last weekend and 9D cinema was out of order on that day too. I had enquired on arrival today if 9D cinema was back working and I was assured it was. To compensate today, the kids were offered an extended time in the soft play area before trying out the laser tag. My primary frustration is that 9D Cinema wasn’t functional last weekend when my child & some of their friends attended and it wasn’t functional today & yet neither party this weekend or last weekend were advised of this on arrival. My child was advised to put on shoes and go to 9D area on both weekends and when in the designated area was told 9D was out of order. We were offered €15 reduction on the full price today which amounted to €1 discount per child. Hugely disappointed with the lack of transparency today by staff on arrival and in the 9D area. After paying over €300 for my child’s party today it was disappointing to watch him and some of his friends crying over missing out on 9D cinema for the second week in a row. I am fully aware machines can break down but to assure me 9D was working today after I enquired specifically and then being offered a measly €15 discount emphasises a lack of interest in customer care and means my child’s birthday experience was a tearful one.
