点评：It is a must have tour when in Thailand. I actually flew in from Chiang Mai just for the farm (so I already had high expectations) but it even surpassed them. Diageo is an exceptional tour guide, engaging and super knowledgeable with a well structured and planned out tour.
I learnt a lot about pearls, how to differentiate them from plastic ones, the different species of oysters, their predators and how much time and effort it is to produce a pearl for the oyster and for so many other people on the farm also. I got to touch everything, they even opened an oyster in front of me.
Also want to note, there are two tours: one that actually takes you to the farm by boat (there is a fee for this tour) with Diageo, and another one that takes you around in the shop only with the saleswomen. With the boat tour, you get both of it. I highly recommend taking the one with the boat and with Diageo, as he has so much knowledge to share about pearls and the oysters' life - you can not get that in the showroom.
