Unreliable Service and Non-Existent Customer Support

点评：I am writing this review to warn other travelers. I pre-booked and paid for a ticket for a bus from Kaunas Airport to Vilnius. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was simply told the bus was full and I could not board.
A pre-paid ticket should guarantee a seat. It's the most basic promise of a transport company. Ollex failed to honor my reservation.
The only "solution" they offered was a later bus that departed at 15:30, which did not work with my travel plans at all. As a result, I was left stranded at the airport and had to make alternative arrangements.
Following this, I sent a formal email on May 18th requesting a full refund for the service that was not provided. It has been weeks, and I have received absolutely no response. They took my money, failed to provide the service, and have now completely ignored my request for a refund.
This company is unreliable and their customer service is non-existent. Avoid them if you value your time and money.
