Definitely worth paying more for the Luxury Parlour

点评：I booked the Historic Grand Canyon Railway Tour through a local tour operator so it included transfers from my hotel in Flagstaff to Williams and return, it also included various stops along the way and around Grand Canyon Village but the railway was the highlight.
I had been to the Grand Canyon before but the train was so much more than your average coach trip. I paid more for the Luxury Parlour Car (adults only) it included various pastries and snacks and there was a full bar with reasonably priced drinks/cocktails. Note: they do not accept cash on board.
The crew were amazing and very entertaining. The train was beautifully clean and comfortable and aptly decorated in the old wild west theme, the on board washroom was huge and similarly decorated. Being at the end of the train, guests in the Luxury Parlour had easy access to the outdoor platform. The one-way trip took me back in time for just a little over 2hrs. Highly recommended, really enjoyed it!
